By staying on the grounds of Rüti Hütte, guests agree to the terms and house rules. Violations will result in a ban from the premises or the payment of a declared compensation. Compliance with the rules is ensured by the management and staff.
Urinating is only allowed in the designated sanitary facilities. Urinating or vomiting inside or outside the hut is prohibited. In case of violation, a handling fee of CHF 50.00 will be charged.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hut. Violators will be asked to leave the hut.
Excessively intoxicated individuals will be denied entry to Rüti Hütte and may be asked to leave the premises. Guests are responsible for their return to the village. In exceptional cases, a staff member of Rüti Hütte can arrange transportation to the village for a fee.
The law prohibits the sale and free distribution of wine, beer, cider, and cigarettes/tobacco products to individuals under 16 years of age, and spirits, aperitifs, and alcopops to individuals under 18. In case of violation (illegal alcohol consumption), the drink will be confiscated and the guest will be warned. Upon repeated violations, the guest will be banned from Rüti Hütte and the premises.
No liability is assumed for brought-in items or accidents.
Bringing your own food and beverages is not allowed.
The possession, consumption, or distribution of illegal drugs will be immediately reported to the police and will result in an irrevocable ban from the premises.
For the well-being of guests and their safety, standing on chairs, tables, and the bar counter is prohibited.
Waste, cans, and PET bottles must be disposed of in the bins provided on the premises. Cigarettes must be disposed of in the ashtrays provided outside; throwing them in the snow is prohibited. Glasses should be returned to the bar.
Rooms and furnishings must be treated with care. It is prohibited to throw objects inside the hut. Costs for damages caused by guests due to negligence or intentional misconduct must be paid by the responsible party on-site.
The last drink service is at 7:30 PM, and Rüti Hütte closes at 8:00 PM. Guests can safely return to Andermatt via the slope or the hiking trail. Complete evacuation of the slopes by the specified time is necessary for the snow groomer operators to continue their night work.
Failure to comply with the above rules will result in immediate expulsion from Rüti Hütte and the premises and may lead to an indefinite ban.
